Additional fees may be required for services which exceed the allotted time for your pet(s). Payment is paid in full at the time of booking or on the first day service begins. We accept all major credit cards, checks or cash. 24 Hour notice is required for cancellation. Any cancellation made after 7 am on the day of a scheduled service or series of services are not refundable. You can leave a voice mail message at the office prior to 7 am the day of the visit.
Holiday charges will be $5.00 per visit on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Labor Day. Holiday Reservations are paid in advance and non refundable.
What You Should Expect The First Time You Call
When you call the Southern Pet Line, you will get the answering machine. Messages are checked frequently so please leave a message and I'll get back to you in a timely manner. When I do, I will ask where you live, what you have for a pet, and the dates you are considering service. If you reside in the area we service and the dates you need are open, I will then ask to set up a consultation to meet you and your pet(s) to evaluate your furfamily and discuss our polocies. I prefer that you schedule the consultation during at a time in your day when you can afford undivided attention.
We will then sit down and go over a service agreement which covers the instructions for pet care, details medical history, behavior, etc. I will need a key at this visit as well as an emergency phone number of where you can be reached or a phone number of a friend or relative. Payment for new clients is required at this visit, otherwise, it is requested in full left for us at the first visit. You have the following options concerning your keys:
• We can hold on to the key for future visits.
• We will personally return the key for a $5 fee.
